Filter Replacement

Each filter lasts about 1 year (~2 L/day) or 3,000 liters.

No. You can use any type of water, as long as it complies with government drinking water quality standards.

2) Can I use hot water?
The pitcher is made of Polypropylene (PP), safe for water up to 40°C.
⚠️ Do not use boiling water or put the product in hot water during cleaning, as this may damage the material.

3) What kind of vinegar can I use for cleaning?
You can use any type of kitchen vinegar. Mix 20 ml (4 tablespoons) with water for weekly cleaning.

4) What is the empty section at the bottom of the filter for?
It can be filled with tea leaves to create a natural infusion while alkalizing your water.

5) After alkalization, can I pour the water into another container?
