The PRIME Faucet is a smart digital faucet designed to work with undercounter Prime Water Ionizers. It allows you to select alkaline, acidic, or purified water at the touch of a button, displaying pH levels and filter life in real time.
2) Is the PRIME Faucet compatible with all Prime Ionizers?
Yes ✅. The faucet is designed to be fully compatible with all PRIME Undercounter Ionizers (e.g., PRIME 901S, PRIME 1301S). It cannot be used as a standalone device, it works only when connected to a Prime Ionizer unit.
3) How is it installed?
The faucet is installed on the countertop, while the ionizer is placed under the sink. It requires:
- A standard faucet hole (33 - 35 mm).
- Access to a power outlet (110/220V) under the sink for the ionizer.
Installation can be done DIY, but a plumber is recommended for proper fitting and drainage.
4) What information does the display show?
The color LED display provides:
- Current pH level (alkaline, acidic, or purified water).
- Selected water type.
- Filter life indicator (so you know exactly when to change filters).
5) How many water levels can it produce?
- Alkaline water: 4 levels (for drinking, cooking, coffee/tea, etc.).
