Order Information
It takes 1 – 2 working days to process your order and up to 3 – 4 working days to have the package arrive to your address.
If you log into your account, all the information you require can be found in your dashboard.
Please contact us regarding any product that is available on demand so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping
Depending on where you are currently located, it may take 3 – 4 working days.
For the moment, we only ship our products to the UK.
We offer free delivery for water ionizers and faucets.
Returns
From the moment you have received your order, you can return it in 14 days.
Step 1. Contact us before making a final decision in this case as there are situations in which the products cannot be returned.
Step 2. Wait for us to confirm that we accept the return.
Step 3. Ship the product to the following address: 27, KELSIE WAY, ILFORD, ESSEX, IG6 3BP, UNITED KINGDOM, in its original package.
Step 4. Wait for us to confirm that we have received the package and it is in its original condition. If that is the case, we will issue a refund.
Refunds
No return will be accepted without our prior authorization.
The ionizer, changeable parts or other products from our shop must be returned in their initial condition as well as its original packaging intact.
If any seals that void the products warranty have been tampered with, we will not issue a refund.
If the products you have returned are damaged, have suffered any scratches or are not in the same condition we shipped them to you, we will not issue a refund.
The refund will not include the cost of accessories (such as filters etc.)
It can take about 4 weeks for the refund to reach your bank account.
No. The client is responsible for any shipping charges, even when talking about returning a product.
Warranty
Ionizers have a 5 year warranty.
Tampering with any seals that are placed on the ionizer for warranty purposes, not following the instructions of use mentioned in the manual that was included in the package, unauthorized technical interventions, obvious signs of damage due to dropping/hitting the machine or improper use can void your warranty.
