No account needed. Simply fill out the form below, and we’ll send you your unique referral code via email.

2) Share your code
Give your code to friends, family, or anyone who wants cleaner, healthier water.
They can enter your code at checkout in the “Referral Code” field.

3) Earn and give back
When someone purchases a Prime Water Ionizer using your referral code:

• You receive a £100 reward.
• Your friend receives a £100 discount or two free filters, depending on the current promotion.

Your reward

• You earn £100 for every valid ionizer purchase made using your unique referral code.

• Payments are made directly to your UK bank account (details can be provided in the registration form or later via a secure form).

• Rewards are issued within 30 days of the customer’s full payment being confirmed.

• There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Your friend’s reward

• Anyone using your referral code when placing an order will automatically receive a £100 discount on any Prime Water Ionizer.
• Depending on active promotions, the discount may be replaced with two complimentary filters of equivalent value.
• The bonus applies only to new customers who order directly via alkalineprime.co.uk using your valid referral code.

What counts as a valid purchase

A purchase is considered valid if:

1. The order was placed using your unique referral code.
2. The customer has fully paid for the product, and payment has been confirmed.
3. The ionizer has been delivered and not returned within 30 days.
4. The order was not cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
5. The code was used by a new customer with no previous orders on the website.

Limitations and exclusions

• Rewards apply only to sales of Prime Water Ionizers, not to other products.
• Self-referrals (purchasing using your own code) are not eligible.
• If multiple referrers share the same customer, the reward goes to the code used in the final order.
• Payments may be delayed if delivery or payment confirmation is not yet complete.
• Any attempt to abuse the programme (fake orders, posting codes on discount websites, etc.) will result in disqualification.
• Alkaline Prime Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or close the referral programme with reasonable prior notice.

Payment schedule

• Rewards are processed monthly, covering all eligible sales from the previous period.
• Payments are made in GBP (£) via BACS transfer to the bank account provided during registration.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email each time a payment is made.
