Delivery Information

Thank you for shopping with Alkaline Prime Ltd. This Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders across the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the selected delivery method.
2.2 During busy periods or exceptional circumstances (for example, strikes, severe weather, or courier delays), delivery may take longer.
2.3 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur no later than 30 days from the date of the contract, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Delivery Areas

3.1 We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
3.2 Some remote or offshore areas, such as the Highlands, Islands or Channel Islands, may require additional delivery time or incur a surcharge.
3.3 We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

4. Delivery Charges

4.1 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4.2 Standard delivery may be free of charge for certain products or promotions, as stated on the product page.
4.3 Any surcharges for special delivery zones or services will be shown clearly before checkout.

5. Receiving Your Order

5.1 Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout.
5.2 If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or arrange redelivery.
5.3 Once goods are delivered to your address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
5.4 Please check your order upon receipt and report any visible damage within 7 days of delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

6.1 If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@alkalineprime.co.uk.
6.2 In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, we will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
