• How long does it take for my order to arrive at my address?

Depending on where you are currently located, it may take 3-4 working days.

For the moment, we only ship our products to the UK.

We offer free delivery for water ionizers and faucets.

• What is the time frame (from the moment I receive my order) in which I can return the products I have ordered on alkalineprime.co.uk?

From the moment you have received your order, you can return it in 14 days.

• What steps do I need to follow to return a product?

Step 1. Contact us before making a final decision in this case as there are situations in which the products cannot be returned.

Step 2. Wait for us to confirm that we accept the return.

Step 3. Ship the product to the following address: 27, KELSIE WAY, ILFORD, ESSEX, IG6 3BP, UNITED KINGDOM, in its original package.

Step 4. Wait for us to confirm that we have received the package and it is in its original condition. If that is the case, we will issue a refund.

• What terms and conditions do I need to consider when asking for a refund?

No return will be accepted without our prior authorization.

The ionizer, changeable parts or other products from our shop must be returned in their initial condition as well as its original packaging intact.

If any seals that void the products warranty have been tampered with, we will not issue a refund.

If the products you have returned are damaged, have suffered any scratches or are not in the same condition we shipped them to you, we will not issue a refund.

The refund will not include the cost of accessories (such as filters etc.)

• How soon can I expect the refund to be returned to my account?

It can take about 4 weeks for the refund to reach your bank account.

• Does the refund include any shipping costs?

No. The client is responsible for any shipping charges, even when talking about returning a product.

• What does the warranty of an ionizer or filter include?

Ionizers have a 5-year warranty.

• Are there any actions that can void my warranty?

Tampering with any seals that are placed on the ionizer for warranty purposes, not following the instructions of use mentioned in the manual that was included in the package, unauthorized technical interventions, obvious signs of damage due to dropping/hitting the machine or improper use can void your warranty.

For installing undercounter Prime Water ionizers, it would be advised to rely on a plumber. For on the counter ionizers, the installation process is pretty straightforward, which means that most people do not feel the need to rely on a plumber for having their ionizers installed.
