1) How does the PRIME 1301S Countertop work and what are the benefits?
The PRIME 1301S filters and ionizes tap water through dual filtration and an advanced electrolysis system, delivering alkaline, neutral, or acidic water.

• Alkaline water – daily drinking, crisp taste, antioxidant properties.
• Acidic water – for cleaning, skin care, sanitation.
• Purified water – filtered but non-ionized, suitable for infants or when taking medication.

2) What is the difference between the Countertop and Undercounter versions?

• Countertop: sits next to the sink with a built-in touchscreen control panel. Easy to install and relocate.
• Undercounter: hidden under the sink, controlled by a sleek PRIME Faucet with digital display. Perfect for modern, minimalist kitchens.
  ➡ Both deliver the same water quality. The only difference is installation style and aesthetics.
   Bonus: If you start with the Countertop version, you can later convert it to an Undercounter system by simply adding a PRIME Faucet (no need to change the main unit).

The PRIME 1301S Countertop uses two internal filters:

Filter life: approx. 6 months with average use (~20 L/day). The display panel clearly indicates when replacement is needed.

6) Is it compatible with all water types?

• Municipal tap water – fully compatible.
• Well/hard water – pre-filtration recommended for best results.
• RO water – works only with a remineralization cartridge (ionization requires minerals).

7) How is acidic water discharged?
